S-type active GPS antenna provides 25dB of gain in a small,surface mountable package with a high-performance, low noise, low power amplifi er.

The S-type delivers stable performance in all modes of use, whether it’s easured in free-space or surrounded by lossy dielectric materials, and is suitable for embedded or externally mounted applications.

Ideal uses include PDAs/PNDs, smartphones, GPS/Bluetooth? navigation devices – any device where the GPS receiver requires a high-gain preamplifier, where the receiver or antenna co-exist with other RF or highfrequency electronics or where the device is to be held or worn by the user.
